Promyvions...Let's Do These Thangs

sorry I cannot join the farming on 6-Jul due to the time difference. May I know what to farm and where can get them? then I can farm them on my weekdays night ^^

farming can all be done solo. just go to any of the crags (after completing the necessary steps to enable Chapter 1 CoP to start) and enter at the shattered telepoint. You can farm on the first floor where everything is EP or DC. You want to get Recollections of xxx. there are three different xxx that you can get. We will use these Recollections to make anima (an NPC in jueno will synth three types of anima from the three types of recollections for 2000 gil plus a recollection).

Animas are used during the crag boss fights to aid in battle. some paralyze the boss, others prevent it from using special attacks. All in all, they make the fights much easier.

We'll make sure to schedule the actually Promyvion runs on a weekend when everyone can make it, regardless of time zone.

Farming them all by your onesy might be a touch difficult, however, tandem or trio farming would likely be extremely easy and safe, and the xp trickle is always nice to help snag yourself a little buffer for the actual doing of the Promyvions (dying is not uncommon lol).

If anyone ever has time to farm and would like some company, shoot me a /tell if I am on, I'd happily snag some Fang Arrows, head out, and go to town.

Also, for people who would be going as SAM, I would say WAR or RNG is your best bet for sub. I only think RNG might be good b/c you could then couple your 2-hour with Piercing Arrow (if you have Archery skill capped) to crank out more damage. Of course, with WAR, you could Berserk then unload on the WSes, so it's really up to you.

Silverwolf and Jglluamesh have both expressed an interest in doing these, and with those 2 and the 10 we had before, we should be set. I am going to try to get a pair of parties set in stone soon. Right now, we're leaning toward doing these on Friday the 8th, likely around 7 PM CST. However, I will try to set up a poll with several time slot options that people can vote on. If it was to be on a Saturday, it probably couldn't be until the 16th.

EVERYONE COME TO FARM RECOLLECTIONS ON THE 6TH!!!

And hopefully by monday afternoon I will have the 2 parties set in stone.

Just looking at the parties set up thus far, I would say Silver would fit into Party 1 better, as SMN and RNG are considered the best DDs for these, and it wouldn't make sense to split the 4 SMNs and RNGs as 3 in 1 party and 1 in the other. Again, I will be finalizing this soon.

I just tried to get in the prom. and farmed 2 recollection (fear and pain). As a whm, I think I need to bring some Eithers for MP recover.

On top of Val's supply list:

Pie: I'd plan to use Rolenberry Pie (+50mp) ^^

- Echo Drop (Taken a walk inside and killed sweeper, Wanderer & Thinker, I found it can cast silenga >.<)
- I'd also bring some Either (MP recovered instantly) & Potion (I hope it can heal myself without adding Hate)
- Reraise scroll (I'm ready to use Benediction and eat death. ;D)
