Bah, rdm taru is an easy maat fight, lol. Crap loads of mp to chainspell off the bat and knock him down. lol j/k congrats.

Yup, for me also. Just gotta keep at it and make sure you are supplied well for the fight, and be very patient. The strategy about the run in and chainspell is bunk for elvaan. For elvaan just buff up on int. gear, dark staff, enfeebling torque(spider torque), elemental torque (borrow from friends if you can't afford), and the necessary drinks, super ethers, x-potions, vile elixir, vile elixir +1.

If anyone would like more info as far as strategy I could set down and make a recap and post or just send me a /tell in game, be glad to help.

I evaded Maat's 1st hit, then parried his 2nd hit! I had more confidence atm! As a whole, I evaded several hits from him. He only hit me 7 fists with total 798 dmg. My sword totally hit him around 980 dmg. "Miss-fest"! Most dmg was done by Requiem. Maybe... Being a monk is what saved me =)
I kept HP above 850/910 because I assumed Asuran Fist would hit me 800+ dmg. I'm very very lucky. He only used Shoulder Tackle to stun me. *laugh*

After the battle, I found that... I forget to use Re-raise scroll and Selbina Milk as Finale Buffer... too nervous XD
