well I think when you do updates.. they supercede eachother... it's not like you go through 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3....... it's just.. you get the basic upgrade then the newest patch.. when we hooked up Elexia's computer it was done in about 45 min... we just watched an episode of the shield and made her character. ... I hope I know what I'm talking about. >.> lol

Umm not at my house just yet, but it should be a matter of days hopefully. I'm getting everything prepped. I'm ready to go with the exception of the new expansion... plus the fact that I have to relearn how to play the entire game again due to laptop controls being extremely lame next to a controller/keyboard combo.

Yeah you want to reinstall. If you ever receive any kind of error during installation, you always want to scrap it and start over again, other wise it can give you problems down the line. That's just my opinion though, watched my wife so many times being stubborn and not listening to me lol.

If anyone still has this problem--
If you've already got the game installed/updated on one PC, you can simply delete the entire PlayOnline folder from the one needing update, then copy the folder over from the good PC. When I did that, it ran through the "Checking Files" process on login, but didn't need to download any files.
Also, if the game isn't installed at all on the 2nd PC, you'll need to export/import registry keys as well..
