I also know a friend of mine who is looking for a captain bound assault group if we have the room, Snakeeyes is his name. Have we deterrmined a date and time for the runs? I start my hospital schedule in the up coming week so weekends would be best. Either that or starting at 4:30pm cst weekdays would ok with me.

Aleve has expressed his desire not to run this group, which leaves us leaderless.

If we do have someone step in his place it would have to be someone with deep knowledge and experience on the assaults. Personally, outside of a couple of them I will be doing them for the first time. So my knowledge is extremely limited if not non-existant outside of pulling it up and reading what to do, which still leaves the lack of experience. Other than that I can contribute only by reading what wiki says and giving some insight on how I think things should be done. The experience of the runs and the scheduling I leave to someone else, due to trying to schedule things and having issues with it.

I'm hanging onto FFXI by a thread right now.
I think I've given up on limbus and as soon as my pants drop I'll stop Salvage completely. Einherjar is a short event that I would like to keep doing. With out doing Salvage, I don't have much need for assaults.
I would like to help out with Assaults for those who need it, but I do not wish to lead or organize Assault runs.
This game was great for me when I had no GF or any other time consuming hobbies. Now that I have a great woman that I enjoy spending time with, 3 dogs, one of which is a puppy and a rigorous work out schedule, FF is not the staple in my life that it used to be.

Thank you all for helping me to get through a barely tolerable lonely pathetic existence. I wish you all the best of luck. I'll be around a bit longer, so I'm not gone yet. I do hope to hit 99 with everyone else, but I need to play it as time permits with out so many scheduled events.
