Im down with 5-1, Tele Vahzl quest or Genkai 2. I did 5-1 and have all the maps...know where to go, what to expect etc...it was an extremely easy fight(esp. with a MNK).

As for the demon farming, BLM AF2 thing. It sounds like fun. However just so you know, the demons that drop the key I need are the next tier of demons than the ones we were killing outside. I do know how to get to the room where they are however as I snuck/invis'd my way around the castle the other day just to poke around. They conned as VT-IT to me and those fights could pose a problem. I suggest if we do go through with this, maybe we could get the help of 1 higher lvl person just for that part. I never felt in danger, when the 4 of us were outside however, and the farming of those could be fun.

I know Venomcursed has to do his Bard AF2 i think in the castle and said he would go as well. Hopefully a few other LS members would be interested. Could be a nice change of pace.

How about you guys Ik and Val? Either of you need any help with any AF? Id gladly give a hand if u needed it.

Hmmm. Funny thing happened tonight. Was partying in Kuftal Tunnel for the first time and met this DRK named Zaknifen. The party was talkin about AF quests and what not, and I brought up the fact that they were lucky they didnt have to go into the depths of Castle Zhvyal (sp?) Bailey's for theirs. This is when i was told that Zak's LS (SuicideKingz) had the big raid on the place planned for Friday night 11 EST. He invited me and gave me a pearl etc... But I may finally be able to get that key i need. I guess some others need it too or somethin. Anyways they were hoping to have at least 2 alliances of levels 50+...and the LS mess about the raid said to bring your friends...so if anyone is interested in checking out the castle or need to get anything there, I thought Id give you a heads up.

Castle Zvahl Baileys Raid

Yes, Suicide Kingz Linkshell is having a major Raid tonight (Friday Dec 3 at 11 PM EST unless they made it earlier) in Castle Zvahl Baileys.

They will be killing Dark Spark, completing BLM AF2, and getting coffer keys. They have at least 6 people who need coffer keys: Gangstarr (60 PLD), Aurien, Artais, Redwolfx, Ronit, and Daleth (60BRD).

If you have a 50+ job and are interested in going, just send one of them a tell (Gangstarr or Daleth would probably be best).

As for AF, what I most need help with is finding a freaking party with my Samurai so I can actually get to the level where I can wear it! I have my first piece and am wearing it now, and I have my second piece just waiting for me to hit 54.

I will eventually need help doing Genkai II, and my other three AFs. I need the Kuftal Coffer first, then Dark Spark. Then I need a coffer in Temple of Uggalepih for my body peace, and finally, to do a three Demon BCNM for my helm.

So really, I don't need help with anything but finding a party for a while!

Well, could use some help getting coffer keys in eldieme necropolis for my af gloves and garlaige citadel for af tights.

Also, I could use a hand with fighting dragon. I switched nations a couple of days ago and have completed all the missions up to the dragon. Hopefully I can get some help tonight (12-03-04), if possible. I like farming in the room beyond the 3 mage portal and would like to have the portal charm. The portal charm lets you open the door without having to have all 3 mages present. Send me a /tell if you can help. Thanks

I did Mission 5-2 for Rank 6 yesterday. My party consisted of: 70 WAR, 63 RDM, 61 BLM, 60 RNG, 57 WHM (me), and 55 WAR. This is hard. Each person must have at least a stack of Silent Oil and Prism Powder. I would even suggest 2 stacks, just to be safe. This is for the mages as well because there are lots of areas in Castle Zvahl Keep that the mobs agro to magic.

We were about half way through our very long, arduous journey through the Castle, when the BLM recast his sneak and invisible. Then he was agroed and a whole swarm of monsters came swooping down on us from above. The BLM died and someone else 2-houred to escape us out of there.

The hardest part of this mission is definitely the very long and scary trek through the Castle. Everyone, except for the 70 WAR had to remain sneaked and invisibled the whole time. About 3/4 the way there, you have to go through a series of teleports (4, I believe). Each time you teleport, you need to use more Silent Oil and Prism Powder to get to the next teleport. At this point, one of our party members had run out of Silent Oil and he had a stack to begin with on him (however, we traded and all was good).

Once we got to the Throne Room, the 70 WAR provoked the Shadow Lord and the three mages (BLM, RDM, and WHM) ran to the stairs behind the Shadow Lord. All was going well when the RDM converted and died almost instantly from an AoE spell from the Shadow Lord. I quickly Raised II him. Then the first Shadow Lord was dead. We got a quick cutscene and then were back to fight the second Shadow Lord.

Again the 70 WAR provoked the Shadow Lord and the mages ran back to the stairs. This part actually went super quickly for us. The melee 2 houred. I (WHM) only casted curaga II then benediction and then we were done. Then we had a long cutscene and after we warped out.

The four of us that actually needed this mission, went back to San d'Oria to Halver and got our Rank 6 and 20,000 gil. Then a couple of us went to Norg to start the Zilart Missions. For ZM1, you get a cutscene there and the map of Norg for completing Rank 6.

Jakoh Wahcondalo (the Kazham Chieftaness) gives you the Key Item Sacrificial Chamber Key. The Kazham Chieftaness (Jakoh Wahcondalo) can be found at (J-9) in Kazham in Wahcondalo's residence. This is used to reach the deeper areas of the Temple of Uggalippeh.

San d'Orian Mission 6-1 & 6-2

I am getting together a full 18-member alliance of San d'Orians to do both Mission 6-1 and 6-2 at the same time following each other. I am looking to do this either this Thursday (16th), Friday (17th), or Saturday (18th), but most likely this Thursday. I have had many people tell me that they were interested. Please tell me if you are interested in participating and which day and time works best for you; so far Thursday is the day most people have wanted. Thanks!

Mission 6-1

San d'Oria: Leaute's Last Wishes

Accept the mission from the mission guard in San d'Oria (you may need to trade crystals to a gate guard in order to build the rank points you need to accept the mission). Proceed to Chateau d'Oraguille and talk to Halver. Then enter the audience chambers to receive a cutscene with the king and he will ask you to retrieve a key item called a 'Dream rose.'

Form a full alliance with each party having a WHM since repeated castings of Curaga (to counter the 1000 Needles that Sabotender Enamorado likes to spam) only affect the party the WHM is in. Head to G-7 in Western Altepa Desert. There is an oasis there (shown on the map), and behind the oasis you will be able to target the rose. Targeting the rose will spawn a NM Cactaur. Other Cactaurs spawn here rather frequently, so you should clear those out before taking on the NM. The NM Cactaur will use 1000 needles like all Cactaurs, but like other Cactaurs, that damage is spread among all characters and NPCs in the area. The more people you have, the less damage each individual takes from 1000 needles. Once the NM is dead, examine the rose again to receive the key item that you need.

Return to San d'Oria and talk to Halver, then head to the garden in Chateau d'Oraguille, where you will receive a cutscene. Select yes at the end of the cutscene. You will receive a key item (piece of paper), and you will have completed the mission. Now have your alliance head back out to do Mission 6-2.

Mission 6-2

San d'Oria: Ranperre's Final Rest

Accept the mission from any gate guard in San d'Oria, then head to Prince Trion's chambers in Chateau d'Oraguille. Prince Trion asks you to find King Ranperre's true burial place.

Head to H-8 in King Ranperre's Tomb where you will find a large door. Examine the door and 3 NM Skeletons (Corrupted Ulbrig, Corrupted Soffeil, and Corrupted Yorgos) will spawn. These skeletons are not particularly easy, but you should have no trouble with a 12-member alliance of level 60 players. That said, an 18-member alliance will make things easier because each party can battle one of the skeletons. The skeletons can use Sleepga, so make sure that your mages are out of range of that AoE. Have the person who touches the door use sneak, everyone else stands back, and have someone pull the NM Skeletons one at a time with Cure (or possibly a Summoner to pull with Carby).

Once you have defeated the NMs, target the door again, and you will be given the option to pass through. Pass through, and you will find a Tombstone. Examine the Tombstone, and you will receive a cutscene and a key item (ancient San d'Orian book).

Tactic: Puller get Sneak -> Touch door -> go far -> pull only 1 -> all kill it -> wait -> de-pop of other 2 -> all touch the door only once at the same time -> Rank 7

Return to San d'Oria and talk to any of the mission guards. They will tell you that the book will need to be deciphered, and will ask you to come back at a later time. Wait several real-world hours for the guy to decipher it; he means till 12 a.m. Japanese time when the clocks reset. So it could be 1 hour or could be nearly 24 hours. Then return to the gate guard, then head to Prince Trion's chambers for another cutscene. Head back to the door at H-8 in King Ranperre's Tomb and pass through it again for another cutscene (there is no battle when targeting the door this time). Once the cutscene is over, return to the gate guard to receive Rank 7 and 40,000 gil.

Also, please already have your Meat Chiefkabobs, Pies, Juices, stack of Silent Oil and scroll of instant warp on you. Make sure to set your Home Point at North San d'Oria.

Hi y'all. Me and Silverwolf are looking for anyone who's up for helping us do the end Dragon fight for Mish 2:3.... the Yag Grotto one

Its a Lev25 Cap and we have PLD, WHM/SMN, and whatever Req is. A monk and BLM and other would be purrrfect (i think) any suggestions then pls suggest !
