shash the drk-20 has nothin to do with dark magic skill, just dark magic resistance. I say go with 2 sniper rings all the way till thick/hauberk equipment

lol i no it has nothing to do with darkmagic skill lol im saying when i get hit with any kind of dark magic(bio,drain,stun...ect) the effect is stronger and that means if i get bio 3 on me it last longer and it has a better chance of infecting me. lol and if they have a dark based attack >< bad for me because it hits me a lot harder than other drk that does not have snipps thats all i was saying lol

while campin orctrap, earlier i finally did 1k damage w/Guillotine^^. I think it was like 1056 w/ no buffs. But i gotta lvl subs and do G3. /sigh

PS. orctrap is sunavabiotch to camp. 5hrs and no spawn ><

Here's a question for all you drks...and non-drks. I have a deft ring and a venerer's ring. (+3 dex and +3 acc respectively). would 400k be better spent on a valkyrie's mask or getting rid of the deft ring and buying a sniper?

i personally want the mask, just cos it looks so effin cool, plus i think would be more useful. i use jacks for food (will be sushi once i start makin some money) so i don't think my acc is a problem. lemme know what you think.


also, sic, since you now have your AF helm, are you lookin to sell you valkyrie's mask? if so, i'll buy it.

The deft ring is giving you +1.5 ACC and more chance to do a critical hit. As a DRK you are going to miss a lot. Unless you are going to be using sushi for all xp pt's I'd go Sniper's first and then get the mask. You may even notice that with Sushi that you'll still need at least 1 sniper's to get a decent accuracy. Add to the fact that being a DRK you are using a Scythe or a Great Sword and the delay is going to be massive. With such delay if you miss it'll seem like forever before you can swing again.

well in my case me being a SAM, i sold my 2 deft rings and bought 1 sniper and 1 venerer ring.... but i was still missing when i would be invited to a higher lvl party...so i sold the venerer ring and bought another sniper for 390k ^^ they so much cheaper now, and now i am a sole/squid sushi addict... all that equals= massive damage and alot of weaponskills lol

obviously, if i had the cash, i'd get the rings, the mask, and use the sushi, but as of right now, i have no steady income. that's why i'm hoping to get a BCNM40 group together, even if we just go 6 times in one night, that should be enough to get each person 300k on average, which would be a great boost.

Aiight, this is my opinion. Valkries mask kiscks some serious arse for a drk. since ur elvaan, u have low enough mp as it is so the +10 mp is HUGE plus. I used my valkries mask untill 60 then sold it to help pay for a haubergeon. As for rings 1 venerer and 1 sniper will work fine untill u can save up for 2 snipers. ALWAYS use some sorta sushi. Im too cheap to use buy sole, but squid will work nicely.

Both items are realitvly close in price but i would go with a snipers ring first only cause u mellee more than u cast

My Baby is finally 75. Took me little over 2 years lol but i made it lmao. Just brought back memories when I read this section and I thought I might post on it. I am thinking of putting the good old drk up for a while lol and lvl my 62 war (want to get it to 70 and get a jugg) cuz war is soo bad ass lol. If there are any new drks in the LS just ask me if you have a Q about the job more than happy to answer some questions for you.
