Having gone to the Dear Friends concert previously I got advanced e-mail "hello we're coming around again" notice and went straight to the ticketmaster link and punched in my CC
Pretty simple, but its probably helpful if they are coming to a city close to you (like for me Chicago is pretty much right there lol)
