PROMYVION - MEA
I am setting up a Promyvion Mea run on Saturday the 8th of December. If you are interested, please post any 30+ jobs and +15 sub jobs you may have.
If there are more then 6 people interested that need the run, I will plan multiple runs.
If time is available, I will do Promyvion Holla and Dem for those who need it. Mea, however is top priority.

Stratergy:
Promyvion Strategy:
A guide to promyvion in general can be found here. This includes information about animas, scaling the Promyvion and much more. If you are new to promyvion it is advised that you take a look at the guide.
Boss Strategy:
The Boss of Promyvion - Mea is Delver. This battle will take place in a BCNM Battle Arena at the Spire of Mea, located at the end of Promyvion - Mea.
Delver notably has one move that is AoE Damage, Poison and Hate Reset. Everyone must pay attention and use Antidotes when this happens. Mages will not have time to Remove Poison.
At the beginning of the fight, melee and tank(s) will begin to engage Delver at the center. They are to keep it there as much as they can. Mages are to take positon of the stairs around the arena.
Animas are not to be used until around about 70% health. Then melee and tanks will begin to use Psycho Anima in order. Each Anima will prevent 7-8 attacks.
At this point, SMN's are to begin using Astral Flow. DD Melee such as SAM, DRK and WAR will begin using thier 2 hours. PLD and WHM are to save theirs in case something goes out of hand. RNG are to conserve 2 hours until the final moments.
Delver should now be dropping HP fast. DD's 2 Hours are to be used simlutaniously to bounce around hate and distract Delver from the SMN's.
Delver when low (20-30%) will begin spamming TP attacks. Hystero Animas are to be used to prevent this, in the same order. RNG will then EES when Delver is under 10%, to secure the fight.
NOTE: Party setup will depend on what jobs are available at the time. Jobs mentioned in the strategy may or may not be included and at this point the strategy can and will be altered to suit the party.
