To start BLU AF you must be at least lvl 40. Start by talkin to Waould (the npc to flag the job). You will get a CS. Then wait 1 vana-day and zone to get a 2nd CS from him. It will talk about talking to all the immortals. This means you must travel to all 5 Staging points and get a short CS w/each immortal at the point. After getting a CS w/all 5, talk to Waould again to get another CS and you will get your Immortals Scimitar.
