Is anyone else having this problem?

While i was doing promvy dem... or starting it with Shash, when i got teleported to dem i started to d/c , just thought it would pass, and if it didnt ill just restart ps2 like always... well its been 30 mins now and it wont let me on always giving me some error, i checked my network and everything is fine... this happens to be the second time in the past couple months, the first time ended up me waiting 1 hour ... i hope this doesnt continue

when that happens to me i just keep hitting retry until it lets me back on, it seems to work... jsut might have to wait a few tries

It seems the FFXI network has become more and more flakey lately. When I get these problems I power cycle the Modem, Router, and even computer if it doesn't want to connect. I make sure to check on other computers to see if they can get to the internet. If they can I know it's not the cable and generally then I'll sum it up to SE problems. I'll try off and on for maybe 10 minutes and if it continues go watch a movie or something so the time passes. Once done I'll try again and most times it'll let me back on then.

lmao ya funny thing is i know its not the cables b/c i typed this thread while i was having problems, and i was switching out my cables from my computer and ps2... so i got something to eat after trying non stop to get it back for 10 mins lol, and when i got back it started working agian (after i turned off my router, modem, and computer)
