Things to Discuss

I've noticed that ever since Rockra hasn't been the leader of the LS that we haven't had LS meetings. Idk if we no longer need them or if people just don't care about what is going on in the LS.

One other thing I've noticed is most times when I check the LS there are about 10-15 sackholders on and maybe 1-4 non-sackholders on. Maybe it's time for a recruiting drive? Or maybe we should just try to recruit a few more people. Do you all think we need more people? Would they be welcome?

Also, I've noticed at times (most times) it seems like the conversation of the LS is dead. Most times when I'm available to be on the LS it's between 10pm and 6am CST. Now I know these may not be prime hours, but the conversation of the LS is almost nonexistant. There can be 15 people on and no one talks. The closes thing to conversation is a mt.

What things have you noticed about the LS that you'd like to change or at least inquire about? Any suggestions you have to make the LS better or more fun? Any thoughts in general?

I notice the dead space when I am on too. One example is when I joined a party with a another LS member and when I said 'Hi' they did not answer back. I felt empty. Then a little later when to party leader took way to long forming the party the member left...

Most of the time i seem the most talkitive on the LS which is sad becuase in real life i am pretty quiet. i'm not shy I just only talk when there is something i want to say.

The LS is a family and the ONLY REASON I CAME BACK. If the LS is going to be dead you may lose someone again...Let's start being a family again like in the old days.

If i'm not doing something that requires my attention, you know how i love to babble on. But when i'm in a party, and usually when i'm farming (if it's something that requires me to be actively scouting for it) or NM camping, i usually won't talk alot, just because my focus is needed elsewhere.

As far as meetings go, since we have this forum, meetings seem less important, but it would be nice to try and get all the sackholders together and discuss issues, and then open it up to the whole LS.

Recruiting isn't a huge issue. The shell is still growing. I have handed out two new pearls in the last two weeks. I'm excited with how the shell has been coming along actually, and i think it's in better shape than ever.

We have 3 (i think only 3) statics within the shell, as well as a BCNM group. We are all very helpful and willing with genkai and coffer hunts, and i think more is getting done as an LS than ever before.

So way to go HA, way to go.

well i'm just like str i dont usally talk that much in the shell cuz i have other things on my mind ike when i camp a nm i try to focus so i dont miss claim and when i'm in a pt i am un able to talk cuz there is never any down time and i usally have to pull (which I hate doing) but you all no if i can do anyting for you just to send me a tell. Also i have been gone for 4 weeks and when I got back i noticed that there were a lot of new people that I have never seen so i think we are growing and I like it when the ls gets bigger. Oh and ik I do think it would be nice to get sack meetings going again and i kinda always thought that when we did ECOs that still use to get the heads up from every 1. And yes it looks a little bit odd to have more sacks than pearls lol.

I liked eco not for the reward but the chance to get together with the group... More group activites would be great.
