I've noticed lately that we seem to have fewer and fewer members online. I'm wondering what exactly is causing this. It seems that many of our members are moving to other LSs or not spending much time in HA. Is HANMLS driving them away? Does the existence of HANMLS make HA seem too much like a HNMLS as opposed to a social LS? Any other thoughts for the low numbers?

I think it maybe the case as well.. I see alot of our members wearing other colored pearls lately... Im not the one to ask why.. I act like I dont notice and chop it up like its not the case... Maybe some people just need a break... I dont know...Maybe some people dont feel like the events are optional and feel obligated to come if they are on and in the shell during the events...Maybe we lighten the load on the events maybe cut them down to once every other week.....Or once a month..Not to say that we cant do other stuff in between....... My schedule doesnt allow for me to make many of the events so im super pumped when I can....I have a sky shell for that reason that fits my play time better...

It probably is, if you decide to cut back, I'd just forget about it completely. The events aren't often enough to keep ppl that want to do HNM activities occupied. And its too often for the people that don't want to do it.

We need to find a balance. If we lose peeps we should replace. I was really amped to see all the runs planned this month. With the amount of cancellations we have had, It seems unfair. HA is the best LS I have ever been in. As I get more access, I'll attend more events. I'd hate to see the events reduce or disappear. I vote we recruit and train more members. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.

I agree with Aleve in the fact that we need to find a balance. We really need to get more feedback to figure out what will work.

Guilty, I go back to my main social LS after doing limbus. Occasionally I'll sit around in HA but the people in my main social I've known since this game hit NA :/ but if you ever need me for anything drop me a tell or POL message. Thats if I'm not in the LS =P but yeah I would like to do more NMs and stuffs like if we tried to set up times on week days too maybe people will come, I'm normally on the LS wednesdays, fridays-sunday.
