I Tried to log in to FFXI this morning but my account was deactivated, so i reopened it then proceeded to try to reactivate my content IDs but kept getting a message saying i wasn't allowed to purchase or renew any IDs. Going to try to contact POL and see if they can fix my problem but atm i cant get on the game.

I had the same issues but i just tried again at a later time in the day and it was ok. ( forgot i changed my credit card #'s >.<)

Yea this happened to me too, my CC expired and i didnt enter the new number, so my account went inactive. Took me a while to figure out that the error message just meant to change my CC number......
