I am getting close to 75 (currently at 69), and was looking at seeing what to merit. Is getting the elemental San spells a good idea or is meriting Ninja tool expertise more worthwhile? I got the Koga Tekko on saturday which gives you 33% on Ninja tool expertise, so I was thinking an extra 25% (every merit brings it up 5%) would be better than the San spells since you usually use debuffs anyway. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Like everything it depends what u wanna get out of ur nin... Or what you wanna use ur nin for... solo, tanking hnm..xping
Max evasion is a must if you dont have it already... I also merited subtle blow a little... the rest of the merits like nij spells i didnt really see a need to merit them so I havent as of yet. Oh I also have lvl 6 katanna merits... I will have to check when I get home what else I have merited....
