Notes: Free run. BRD rotation went fairly well. Need people to bring poison pots. Was able to get boss to 15% or so. People need to know strat and listen when instructions are given. We could have won this if we weren't chasing the mob.

Notes: Free run. Managed to take boss to about 40% in 8 minutes or so. With a proper zerg setup (4 people max in pt for BRD+COR rotation) and CS+Stun I think we could easily take a lot of the boss's HP down. Really good attempt for 18 and I am seeing improvement from when we first started. Nice run.

I recommend 1 whm per melee party as well, dead melee on bosses do no dmg.

and we need everyone to bring meds

Po pots, Antidotes, blind potions, holy waters, etc need to be manditory as reraise. WHM's should be focused on keeping people alive. They can't stay in range all the time to Esuna people or wasting time removing lolblind.

I was tossing anyone I could R1 because I knew we only had one single WHM, and there was absolutely no time to be worrying about exp.

I think it should be emphisised that if you want something higher than an R1, you either bring a RR item or suck down an R1. I'm not trying to be an ass, but it's being far more ass-ish to think you are going to get one while the rest of us are just trying to stay alive.
