So uh while me and Xiz had no internets I tried to log on 10/28/09 Wednesday when our internet started to work, turns out I cant log on Alc or my account for that matter and I've been offline for about 2 weeks now if anyones seen me on I'd like to know because my PW or something has been changed by someone else. I dont share my info either so only other option I see is I got hacked or something I can't even log on to see if my chars naked standing near an AH or something. Tried to get support and I can't even get a hold of a real person to tell me anything I might give it a little more while but no real point if I did get hacked so this is probably my last post in the LS probably be best to cancel my account. Take care.

No AH sales since the 14th of october on your account. Get on the customer support and ask for a compromised account form. That will get password reset, then if anything has been taken you can ask for a roll back on the account.

Also, if you can't log in because password changed, i don't think you can cancel the account.

Jimhawkin just got hacked too, and was stripped bare by rmt, SE was able to get his account back as it was before the hack, and he is playing right now. IF you like I can try to figure out how he did it.

I was told you can call and cancel if you have all the info including payment, but no Xiz didn't get hacked. And also there doesn't have to be AH sells they could have traded or sent through DB. I tried to send in a report of a compromised account and it kept coming back with the Q&A thing where it gives you questions already been submitted before several times and wouldn't let me send in my question and I just got frustrated. I wasn't gonna sit on the phone for hours either done that before with microsoft but I can try again I dunno. Maybe if someone can contact a GM for me or something because I can't get a hold of them online.

My account was hacked, and stripped, and left as a level 1 bard in Windy.

Basically, I had someone else report for me that my account was hijacked, and provided information about the account, such as job levels, and the like. The account was then locked.

Then I called POL on a weekday, spoke to them, started a claim report, and a while later it was rolled back and returned to me.

Yes, you will have to sit on the phone for about an hour. It's up to you if you feel your account is worth that much time but personally, it was to me.

Well I'm still busy with school and trying to get a job. To be honest I don't really care about XI anymore I only got on for Limbus and I was gonna quit just about last year around January anyways but only reason I continued playing was because Xiz kept telling me to not quit and shit. Even though this isn't the way I wanted to quit but I guess it was the final push over the edge I guess you could say. I'm not gonna bother trying to get my account back not like I did much of anything anyways.
