I agree with his complaints, but that is not why we play. They made a hell of a game; addictive or just immersing. The graphics are still nice even after what 6+ years. The new one looks almost the same as this but with better graphics. If anyone have any new videos or information, please post them. Also anyone planning on playing it?

You're one of the reasons I still play buddy-boy. If it weren't for my friends, I would have quit a long time ago. The game isn't worth it.

See, I don't care about the graphics, and all MMOs can be addicting. What bothers me is the way the players have been treated, and the crap that's been shoved at us with the name 'update' and 'expansion'. Chains of Promathia was the last good expansion, and they fucked it up with level caps.

The community makes this game. SE is damn lucky for this. Otherwise, no one would pay for their crap.

I disagree and I get pretty tired of hearing so much negativity about the game while others are playing it and enjoying it.

People you can link up with... via facebook, or talk to... the game isn't the only method of communication.

I like the product enough that I've been playing it for five years +. I've never thought they treated players badly or given us any less content than they possibly had resources for. Ultimately we pay their salary, and if we don't like their product, we can stop playing it.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have an opinion or that yours is wrong, but I am offering mine too because I am tired of being silent while everyone is all doom and gloom about ffxi.

Negativity breeds negativity, and I personally don't need more negativity. I won't be playing the next FF, so I'd like my remainder of playing in Vana diel to be enjoyable like it has been so far.

I liked everything about CoP except that jailers feel less rewarding than gods and that they refuse to let people beat AV. I loved level caps honestly, I bitched about it like everyone else but man... how good did the victories feel when you finally won?!

My only real complaints are that they haven't fixed god repops on ??? etc. Should have moved more of the game NM content to ZNM type. Bitch about farming zeni all you want, in the end its easy, they could expand on it, and then resolve all the BS about Nm camping.

I likely wont pick up FF14 mainly due to not wanting another massive timesink. Honestly I'd be way more inclined to play 14 than any other MMO though.
