Since this seems like the only NM that should give us trouble, I want to clear up our strategy for it.
This nm can't be damaged directly, we have to kill all the demons to slowly chip away at his hp. We will sleepga demons, while a select couple of members kite the nm AWAY from the group.
Melee/brd/cor Roles:
BEFORE we start the pull, we will 2hr song rotate like a normal boss zerg. Melee can use their 2hrs at will, use them during the first few mobs to try and cut down our enemies asap. We will use 1 assist, and will target the mages, who carry staffs, first to cut down dmg/problems from sleepga/nukega.

BLM Roles:
First and foremost, SLEEPGA! Going to need sleeps for a few mins, so don't burn all your mp trying to nuke demons, who take less magic dmg than other mobs. Stun whenever possible, stay spread out so aoe/nukega/sleepga doesn't hit everyone and better chance at resleeping mobs as needed.

Whitemage/Redmage Roles:
Keep melee alive lol. Poison pots to make sure you don't get slept and can curaga incase a sleepga gets off. Try best to keep haste on melees so slowga doesn't effect them, use misery mode to get slow/blind off as needed. Help with sleeps when possible.

Kite party
Will probably be made up of pld/rdm/whm maybe additional healers. They will kite the nm to the opposite side of the room. The reason for this is two fold: it will use -ga spells to screw up the melees, and it will use a tp move that stuns our members and wakes all the demons. Stunned sleepers + awake demons = dead sleepers = dead everyone. NM will keep drawing in, pld needs to use JA as they become available for hate and survival, keep running when you get drawn in.
