Can anyone tell me if this is honestly worth the 20 bucks? I am debating on getting it but I dont know if it is worth it.

wasnt it 10 bucks? and the bodies you can get are pretty cool.. Some of the augment gear you can get also is pretty cool...

The add-on scenarios are $10 each. As for whether they are worth it or not, that's up to you. You can view the complete list of Augments at the official site and mix or match to see what you would like.
As for whether or not some of the bodies out-parse currently available ones, some do, some don't, but they offer different possibilities.
There a few more popular ones like the main PLD choice:
HP+20 STR+5 DEX+5 VIT+5 then add Fast Cast +5% and ENM+5
It surpasses relic body slightly. Is it essential since you have relic? Probably not.
You can make a NIN body the same way etc.
There a few unique options that you can't get anywhere else which is nice for some jobs like COR , BST, SMN, PUP.
