While many of you have done Eco-Warrior so many times that you don't need this I've decided to post this since there was someone asking for tips on AK.
The following is a copy of what I posted at

Leading an alliance can be tricky. Many time people do not listen. As the leader you have to be knowledgeable and forceful. Make it known up front that you will not hesitate to kick or leave anyone who doesn't listen. While there is fear that you may not have enough people if you have to kick several generally if you make it known up front how you are running things people will listen a tad bit more closely.
San d'Oria.
This is by far the easiest Eco and can be won by an alliance of 13 if they are compitent. You fight a giant blob (Necroplasm) that is weak to Fire and Light and strong to Dark. SMN do really well against this one, but are not required. For alliance setup I'd recommend 3 tanks and 3 healers (one per pt). Fill the rest of the spots with whatever.
Designate one tank (preferrable a PLD who has done Eco before) and make sure all the healers know who the primary tank is and to be able to toss a quick cure to him/her if needed. It doesn't hurt if you have a 4th healer to dedicate this person to the tank. This dedicated tank is the only one who will touch the ??? to spawn the Necroplasm. Make it perfectly known before you get to the room that no one is to touch the ???.
Once everyone has the quest head to Ordelle's Caves and have them wait at the NPC Rojaireaut. Once everyone is there and healed up and ready have them put the cap on. You will have 30 minutes from when the cap is placed to complete the quest.
You don't need sweeps for any Eco, but it can help. For San d'Oria have everyone kill Gobs and Hognosed bats. Don't touch any other mobs unless they link. These 2 types are the only 2 that aggro. Keep an eye on mages MP when clearing the way to the ??? point. If mages are getting low or people need to heal tell the alliance to stop and everyone to rest. If people go ahead and end up dying feel free to tell them that you warned them and to kick them. It may be dick-like, but if people see that you are serious when you say something they will be more likely to listen and follow instructions.
After the Necroplasm is defeated have everyone examine the ??? to get the Key Item: Indigested Stalagmite. Once this has been completed take the entire alliance back out to LTP with the same rules you had to get to the ??? point. You will still need to kill gobs and hognosed bats on your way out. Go back to Rojaireaut and talk to him twice (2 times) to remove the cap. Then go back and talk to the NPC in the tavern to get your reward.
Bastok.
For Bastok you have to kill 2 slime mobs. These are weak to fire so the more BLM or RDM you have the better. You need at least 3 BLM minimum, but more than that is best.
You will need to kill Bandersnatch, Skeletons, and Bogies on the way to the ???. For these MNKs help on Bandersnaatch and Skeletons, but all can be taken down with any job configuration.
Since there are 2 mobs that pop when spawned it's helpful to have a primary tank, secondary tank, and 2 designated sleepers (BLMs). Have the alliance only attack the mob the primary tank targets. Have the secondary tank voke the 2nd mob, but not attack it. This gets the focus of the 2nd mob on the tank and allows the BLM to sleep it. If the first sleeper fails to get the 2nd mob slept have them tell the 2nd sleeper to try it. Generally these mobs sleep pretty easily.
Once the first mob is defeated kill the second. Once both are dead have everyone touch the ??? to get the Key Item and then head back out as a group, killing the same mobs you did on your way in.
Windurst.
For Windurst you will have to fight 3 Wyrmfly (weak to Ice, based on Wind). Generally this is best with 3 blm and 3 tanks. Have a primary tank to spawn the 3 mobs, and then each of the 3 tanks takes one fly. You can either have each pt kill their own fly or have the 2nd and 3rd pt BLM's sleep their fly and everyone work on killing one at a time. If you do this make sure the tanks are conscious of the flys when they awake and are ready to voke them quickly so they do not kill the BLM's who slept them.
If I remember correctly you only need to kill gobs on the way to the spawn point, but I don't guarantee this.
Final notes/tips.
With any group activity you need to have one set leader who is knowledgeable, confident, and forceful in his/her actions and speech. People not listening is one of the greatest reasons for failure in such events.
Make sure everyone knows about the lvl 20 cap and has lvl 20 equipment (mainly tanks, other jobs may not matter as much).
Make sure everyone has the quest active before heading out. Sometimes people will have Eco active in another city and they cannot complete this one until they first complete that one.
Make sure everyone gets the lvl cap before heading to the ???. If someone dies they will have to go back to get the lvl cap again before they can participate in the Eco.
Talk to the cap NPC two times (twice) to remove cap after ??? mobs are defeated and Key Item is obtained.
Talk to the NPC in the tavern to complete the quest and receive the Dragon Chronicles and the 5K gil.
Have fun and enjoy yourself.
