FFXIV

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that 90% of you will have no clue who I am. Ikonic knows me though, so that should say something.

I was just curious how much of HA will be migrating over to FFXIV in a couple months when that comes out. I'd love to play with some of you again (if you're around).

If you personally, or this LS has talked about migrating over, or is interested, let me know what server (once those are announced) and I'll try and find ya.

I've heard a lot of people are going to end their MMO career with FFXI. I've also heard a lot are going to play both and heard about a few who will migrate. Personally FFXI is the last MMO (and the last game by SE) that I ever plan to play.

I've also heard about the experiences of FFXIV from several beta testers and so far it has a long ways to go.

I will not be joining the world of FFIV. This is my last RPG. I may not even be long for FFXI but I'm going to try to hang in there until the bitter end.
I don't imagine that they will kill all the FFXI servers when FFIV is released. it may be difficult to have everyone cut their strings to this game and join another at the same time.
It does sadden me to think about leaving all of you. I would like to continue to socialize on some level at least, once this adventure has ended.

Well, you all know how I feel about SE, so XI will be my last FF MMO. I do however plan to stick it out till the end.

I'm in the beta. So far, it's like they took everything that I thought needed work in XI and made it better. Though I suppose if you're still playing XI at this point, you're probably dead inside anyway ;)

The problem is only partially SE's retarded game design. Another major part is their total apathy towards the players.

I got 6 tells from gilsellers today. You know how they could fix it? By disabling tells for trial accounts. Or god, even limiting it to 5 per hour. But that would take effort. And god knows we don't want that.

Why would you care if peeps who are dead inside would hang with you in XIV? ... besides the point of your own incredibly ass-clown derogatory comment; yeah a lot of us are done with this "adventure" but have solid lives in RL.
Myself have been absent from these boards but still remember many here with decent, outgoing, educated etc personalities. Want to be an asshole write in WoW.
As far as ffxiv i do plan on playing, would welcome, never the less be happy to join anyone here when the game comes out... still in ffxi gang just afk usually lol - Rio
