Since Crunch is not going to be able to do Abyssea with us again unless anyone objects or wants to lead I'll take over running it. As such I'd like to revisit the rules.
Here's the current rules as I see them:
- Item lot list with winning lot for any zone pushing you to the end of the list. New members are automatically put at the bottom of the list. Choices able to change at any time before a run.
- Open lot items limited to one per person per zone per event.
- Low cost gil items let to auto drop, high cost gil items sold and split with those in attendance. Trial items free lot unless on priority list.
Thoughts/Suggestions/Possible Changes:
- Integrate HA Abyssea into HANMLS with all lotting rights and points as such.
- Integrate into HANMLS, but with special lotting rights.
- Keep 3 priority lists with any lot putting you to the end of the whole list.
- Have 3 separate priority lists with any winning lot putting you to the end of that single list.
- Make non-priority drops free lot with no restrictions.
- Make non-priority drops auto-drop where lotting puts you to the end of the priority list (single zone or total).
- Make non-priority drops open bid with attendance points.
- Rotate zones for Saturday and Thursday individually.
- Pick zones based on top 3-5 priorities.
Currently we can probably do most of the always-up NMs and various of the popped ones, but not the higher-lvl ones. With Crunch gone we'll need a new tank (not everything can be tanked by DNC). Do we want to go after popped NMs certain times, always-up other times, and VNMs yet another time?
Also, should we change the start time on Thursday to be earlier?
