General Rules:
It is not required for you to sign up for Einherjar ahead of time, but it is required that you come prepared.
Listen and follow instructions when they are given. Failing to do so could potentially cause death and failure of not only yourself, but also the rest of the members.

Do not go AFK without notice. Once 8:50pm/12:50pm rolls around no one should be going AFK except for emergencies. If you do go AFK be sure to say so in LS and say why. Should you be caught going AFK for too long w/o just cause you will not get a point for the run.
Gathering Times:
We run on Wednesdays at 9:00pm and Sundays at 1:00pm CST. As such you are expected to be in Nashmau or Hazhalm Testing Grounds ready and waiting 15 minutes before start time. Party/alliance setup should be finished and people should be trading gil 10 minutes before start time so that lamps may be traded afterwards and we may enter promptly on time.
People showing up after the start time will not be awarded a point for the run.
Entrance Details:
Einherjar entrance is done on a first come first serve basis. The first 36 members will be taken. If you want to guarantee your spot in the battle show up early.
New Members/Probation:
Einherjar is open to members of HouseAtreus first and everyone else second. Members must be in good standing with HouseAtreus.
Applicants can apply here at the forum, via contacting me in game (/tell) or via PM, or by showing up to a run if invited by an existing member and OK'd by me.
There is a 4 run probation period where new members may not lot anything. They will get points, but abjurations will not be available for lot.
Lotting Rules:
Each member earns 1 point per run.
Hero's Reflections are open lot, but limit 1 per person and are not be used until after the run.
Temporary crate items are first come, first serve.
Lots for abjurations, weapons, and equipment will be decided by open bid. At the time of drop bids will be taken for any abjurations. Bidding is open to all members who have at least 4 points and who are able to equip the item. Bidding will be done openly in LS.
Bidding Specifics:
- Bids will be done by increments: 1>10, 5>50, 10>100
- Only number bids are accepted; no "all in" bids will be taken.
- Overbidding (bidding more points than you currently have) will result in your bid not being accepted and a penalty of -5 points.
- If 2 or more people tie for the winning bid all may lot, winner spends that many points.
- Members may bid on more than one item, but are limited to 1 winning bid unless the 2nd is uncontested.
All gil items will be taken and sold by the LS. Resulting gil will go to the treasury and be used to fund future runs.
