Aiming for setup like other halls:
DDx5 COR
SCH/BLM x3 BRD WHM THF(or RNG)
SMN x4 PLD
Last spot can be SMN(1 more PD) or COR(1 more 2hr reset chance) or have both THF and RNG(one extra DD for more killing speed)
The NM must have PD on: Gallu+ 2nd wave iron clad.
Other NM just pick 3 more dangerous one and use PD on it, rest of them rely on stun rotation. Can try 2hr reset for once on 2nd wave.

Currently decided to PD on all wave 2 mob+Gallu except Mantis, stun /shock squall lock all wave 1 mob.
BRD+COR keep Mantis debuffed full time. Macc+fast cast roll for SCHs.
Unless there are massive death, not going to redo COR BRD buff until all 4 wave NM dead to save pt swap time. Just going to COR BRD buff, kill 1 mob, pull next, kill next. DDs must hold buffs between pull.
Killing order would be wave1: Naraka--->Ironclad--->Harpy----->Mantis wave2: Ironclad--->Naraka---->Harpy---->Mantis
DDx5 WHM
SCH x3 COR BRD RNG
SMN x4 PLD THF
after we done BRD COR SMN buffing.
SMN+BRD EA+Scherzo for Hahava wave 1.

Made some minor adjustment after obtained more Mul info, macc roll for SCH, pet macc roll for SMN. EA for melees if not using PD. COR pt rotate order=DD pt rollx2---->SMN rollx1---->Mage rollx2
Going to PD on: 1st wave Hahava 2nd wave Ironclad, hahava, Harpy 3rd wave Gallu
Threnody on NMs(except harpy) due to stun resist, and INT song on SCH if possible.
1st wave buff: Scherzo minx2, Chaos+hunters 2nd wave buff:Minx2 Mad, Chaos+hunters
Kill order:
wave1: Naraka(PD)--->Harpy(EA, then WHM in pt)--->Ironclad----->Mantis(L.Threnody on mantis, DDs stand on different side so pt doesn't wipe if 1 stun fail)
wave2: Ironclad(PD)--->Naraka(PD)---->Harpy(PD)---->Mantis(EA+Scherzo+WHM in pt)
Pt setup(before enter), *=pt lead:
DD*x5 COR SCH* x3 BRD WHM PLD SMN*x4 or 5 THF
After enter: DD*x5 WHM(or SMN if PD) SCH*x3 BRD COR SMN*x4 or 5
PLD
THF
EDIT: L.Threnody doesn't work on harpy ;< Not sure about Mantis though.

Going to post a few things learned back from the last run.
Judging from last run, I'd say avoid death at all cost is top priority in Mul if we want to kill 9 NM in 30 min, so I'm going to make several changes after getting some info. This should apply to all T1 hall also.
1. All DDs must have 2 TP set, one for PD/CS up, which has full dmg. The other one is turtle TP set with hybrid PDT- and haste, this one is for PD/CS not up.
2. The last SMN in SMN rotate order should use Tidal Roar on the NM for additional attack down effect if we're not PD on this mob.
3. Stand on different direction for Mantis, can't stress this enough. Impact the Mantis if possible.
4. Going to have BRD sing 3x DD song again for faster kill, but going to EA the DDs and have WHM in pt for NM without PD.
5. All 5 SMN will "baby sit" each DD, and help haste/cure. Evoker's roll will be used on SMN.
6. BRD can SV acc song so COR doesn't need to use hunters, and BRD lock SV at entrance.
7. SCH can ES impact on mantis for better stun land rate.
8. THF pull with acid bolt for def down maybe.
------------------------------------------------------------------------- Going to try following setup:
DDx5 COR SCH x3 RDM COR WHM SMN x4 BRD PLD
One COR will /THF for TH, another one will pull.
Enter, COR do Chaos+hunter, BRD SV minx2 mad.
Wave 1: Harpy(PD) Ironclad (left over PD+stun+EA) Rebuff COR(change back to chao+fighter now) BRD then Mantis (ES impact stun) Hahava(PD+ stun)
2 PD on 1st wave, rebuff after 1st wave.
Wave 2: Ironclad(RDM CS stun to avoid hate on mages) Hahava (PD)
Reset 2hr after Hahava, if successful, Mantis+Harpy all got PD. If unsuccessful, save last PD for Gallu.
Harpy(PD or stun) Mantis (PD or stun)
Wave 3: Gallu(PD)
Things to take care of:
Mantis has death prophet, all DDs must stand on different side. RDM should ES Impact, SCH can pop ES before it's pulled to make sure it doesn't open with death prophet and kill everyone.
IC 2nd wave sometimes go to mages, RDM stunlock plus WAR 2hr on it.
Hahava builds PDT overtime, so WAR needs to do def down on it.

I think this strat overall works pretty well, although there should be some minor tweaks to squeeze out extra time.
1. BRD doesn't need rebuff on Mantis, so before Mantis I'll just redo COR buff. Also going to have COR swap to DD pt and do buff before NM dies to reduce the down time.
2. Going to have 2nd COR make reset pt while pulling Hahava and SMN popped PD. 2nd COR should invite SMN No.1, 2 and RDM and that's it.
3. Probably going to have RDM pull next time.
