As HA events stand right now, we're doing a lot of abyssea and dynamis, both events in my opinion aren't rewarding/progressive enough at this stage of the game, especially for players keeping up with endgame content. We've got a lot done, made quite a few empys. But we're not killing ADL regularly, so the gil (and xp) in dynamis is less than we'd get solo/duo'ing. Seals/+2s are all easily done in low man groups, same with empyreans, so it just doesn't seem like a productive use of our time (and it's boring).
Overall, most haven't progressed far in VW. There's still lots without full jeuno clears and provenance access, and there's some decent gear we could be getting in VW. My first attempt at running VW went alright and we got some clears done, but the times didn't work too well, and anyone who missed a day missed out on clears they needed for the next run. Wednesday ran too late some nights, and Saturday was too early. There was also the issue of people not joining because they already had the drop/didn't need the drop from that NM.
So I'm curious if anyone else shares these opinions and would be up for changing some events around. I'm alright with running VW again and would really like to see everyone progressing in it. We could probably come up with a better system on choosing NMs for certain gear. I know there's also some interest in new limbus gear, if we wanted to dedicate a time for those new bosses.
Schedule of events as of now: Sunday: Einherjar at 1pm, Dynamis at 2pm, Empyrean at 5pm for a couple more weeks Monday: Nyzul at 5pm, Legion at 8pm Tuesday: free day Wednesday: Dynamis at 6pm, Einherjar at 9pm Thursday: Salvage at 6pm (which hasn't been done in months), and Abyssea at 8:30pm Friday: Nyzul at 7:45pm Saturday: Abyssea at 5pm
This currently doesn't leave a lot of space for VW, as I'd like to keep Tuesday a free day.
So, please discuss, what events do you want to keep around, get rid of, or add to our schedule? Should we just leave everything as is, or do we want to get into more new stuff? Post opinions.

I thought the Nyzul group was a static, wouldnt that not count as HA events? Sunday seems wide open for multiple events. I'd hate to see some of these events die but we probably dont need two abyssea runs a week but i dont want less dynamis either. Maybe move salvage to wednesday nights after ein? No one goes but maybe more will at a different time.
I suggest, Lose one of the abyssea runs (thursday since not very popular) to add something new like Limbus or voidwatch. We used to Limbus at 3ish on sundays then abyssea event from 5-10. So we could keep the same format just replace HAevent with VW and spam!
Also, you didn't mention Ein on Sundays, just sayin.
So my suggestion would look like this
Sunday: Ein at 1 > Limbus 2 then/or VW 3:30 Monday: Nyzul at 5pm, Legion at 8pm Tuesday: free day (I also appreciate this day off as well) Wednesday: Dynamis at 6pm, Einherjar at 9pm > 9:45 Too late for salvage? Thursday: VW at 6pm Friday: Nyzul at 7:45pm Saturday: Abyssea at 5pm
Lets get some more comments so we can get a pole going!

I forgot to list dynamis on sunday as well, edited. Nyzul is mostly a static, but some days Crunch can't make it, and I've had to miss a day or 2 already. Glad to have linkshell replacements on those nyzul days as long as we have 2 SCH covered still and replacements are prepared (skype, lamps if on PC, 5+ powder boots).
I think salvage doesn't really need to be an HA event anymore. It can be done with 3 people, less if you have someone d/c enter for you. we can just do salvage runs during free time when/if people want. There's been more random salvage runs in the last few months than HA salvage runs.

As HA events stand right now, we're doing a lot of abyssea and dynamis I don't consider 2 runs a lot... (for dynamis). Abyssea we do just because of 2 statics, but by themselves it's not much either way. Admittedly everyone's had a chance to build empys and if they haven't it's only because they haven't showed up enough to earn the points. both events in my opinion aren't rewarding/progressive enough at this stage of the game Abyssea is having diminishing returns for those of us who show often. Most of us have all that we really want or at least most. A few of us have thought about other weapons, but more of a filler than an actual desire. Especially with the new weapons that are available it makes empys not as good if you aren't going to 99 them. we're not killing ADL regularly, so the gil (and xp) in dynamis is less than we'd get solo/duo'ing HA dynamis wasn't exactly created as a gil event. It was hoped to be (ADL), but was also so we could go after NMs that we couldn't low-man easily. Dynamis gets so tedious and boring to solo that I was hoping doing it as a group would make it a bit of fun. Seals/+2s are all easily done in low man groups, same with empyreans, so it just doesn't seem like a productive use of our time (and it's boring). Seals and +2s can be done easily enough low-man and except for a few recently lvl'd unforseen jobs most of us have everything we want for +2s. While empys can be done low-man they suck a lot more in smaller groups since they go much slower. A group of 10 people can knock out 75 of most anything in one day (souls being one exception). But as stated before we've spent a lot of time in abyssea and everyone should be basically done with it. Overall, most haven't progressed far in VW. There's still lots without full jeuno clears and provenance access, and there's some decent gear we could be getting in VW. Overall I hate random events and VW seems to be one of the most random. Dynamis or Limbus or many other events always seemed a lot more fair from the group aspect as it was very easy to split gil items. With VW pools are individual so some people can make 2m on a fight and others come out with 2k. My first attempt at running VW went alright and we got some clears done, but the times didn't work too well, and anyone who missed a day missed out on clears they needed for the next run. If we do a LS VW again a different system definitely needs to be done. It would have taken very little to do clears based on the days for 1 run-through and then go after gear and other items. The way it was handled left me having no desire to even show up since clears would never happen. Something quite simple could be devised for targets. Have an attendance based on either time or # of fights (if fights could even have different values based on tier or difficulty of NM). Use attendance to target mobs. Each mob costs a certain value. Then (much like abyssea) top points picks the target. --- If we based on attendance Einherjar is the only event that really gets people. Dynamis has spurts, Nyzul is basically a closed event, Salvage has been mostly dead for months, and abyssea has spurts as well. Personally I've started enjoying abyssea, but it could be because it's easy and familiar and not because it's a fun event. Then again nothing really is that fun. I'm more doing events out of obligation or wanting loot. If we would do other events what would they be? Currently we're slated to start Legion on Mondays. We could do WoE, but for actual battle events I can't think of any that we don't or haven't done and retired. I have thought about doing alternate events like zone farming or slaughter, low-lvl races, SCNMs, BC/KS/KC/HKCNM fights, sea/sky, or Campaign, but ultimately if no one shows up it's just a waste of time to even try to run them. People constantly say they want to do something, but never step up and run them. I may be willing to help run things, but ultimately I think I'm burn out on running everything any more.
