Today, we formed an alliance and did it.

We had 14 ppls to do it and most of them are Lv75
The process was smooth and HP of us never fall to red, except the PLD, Lv75 taru monk and I got yellow HP for a short period of time because I was responsible to pop the NM. (Never Have I spawned a NM continously 4 times ;D) The Taru monk with Nin subbed can even tank it ;D
Don't face to face to the NM if you are not the tank. Its counter rate is crazy.
While fighting, 3 monks (incl. me) stood behind it and coincidentaly we used {Raging Fists}, {Howling Fists} & {Dragon Kick} altogether. It suddenly turned to face us, it gave me 100% counter rate. 
Luckily we've a good tank and he could get back the hate immediately.
