Or you could just buy all 3 of them since being better or worse really is not an issue any longer. You have to get them all to play all the good games.
XB360 is the most well-rounded-for-the-price system with the most great titles at the present time.
lolWii.

Manhunt for the Wii does sound like it could be really fun to be honest, but I wonder how many moron parents will by that title for the spoiled ass kids. Who will then have many sleepless nights due to their kids nightmares of men hiding in the dark with a plastic bag or a pipe or something.
Dentay honestly It was meant as a mild joke I don't know why you took it so personally. you can like something and not be a fan boy, you can be a fan boy and honestly so what if you are? Nothing wrong with liking something more then something else. Its just when you make 99 threads about a single topic that it makes you appear like a fan boy. So to get SO defensive about something you obviously are about is beyond me.
Did I say you wake up every morning, put on your xbox slippers, make a fresh pot of Microsoft blended coffee to sip out of your master chief coffee mug? No I did not, so chill out please, and stop taking it as if I'm diss-in jo mamma
I am called a FF fanboy all the time when I defend any FF title to all my hater friends, and you know what? I probably AM a FF fanboy lol its the game I play most, and I have the most titles of cross all platforms. (Second only to megaman<.<) I doesn't bother me, and if I had a moggle coffee mug (or megaman!)I would use it everyday XD XD
my biggest beef with xbox besides the fact that they break constantly, is the way xbox live is set up. Microsoft dollars? No thanks!

fnord... moogle mugs... i want one >.> with a doily (whatever those puffballs are on thier heads) that always gets in your way when you drink.
As for the direction this thread has gone lol, personally I own a PS3, 360(my original still has not died) and a Wii. The reason being is I want specific games that are exclusive ( at least at the moment) to each system.
As the consoles and games we play become more complex, production and development costs become more expensive. The sheer amount of work involved in todays big budget games is forcing developers to look further into multiplatform deals to ensure that they have a better chance at making a profit on the games they make, which ultimately whether or not they truly care about quality, is the bottom line.
Whether or not the slight increase in game costs on the shelves is necessary, comsumers will still buy them, I know I do. But before I spend a single penny on anything related to videogames, I research it. IMHO Electronic Gaming Monthly is hands down THE best source for informed game purchasing. Just because a game has lower scores doesn't mean I wont buy it, but I may rent or wait for price to drop. (also 1up.com which they are affiliated with). Every game is reviewed by 3 people, so you get a more well rounded insight i.e. some people reviewing certain games in certain genre's may not even be into those kinds of games, so they tend to focus on different issues which is refreshing. They give opinions about consoles as well but as the games ultimately make or break the console, I focus more on what games are going where. From what i've read, manhunt 2 is pretty abysmal in terms of control, gameplay etc, but then again if it's your thing, it's your thing.
I love my 1st party Nintendo games (Zelda, Mario etc.) and Metal Gears, and everything good in between.
Ultimately consumers have the say. If no one buys absolutely Sh!t games, maybe publishers will stop producing them.

XBox Live is the best online gaming community that exists, period. That's not opinion, that's a fact.
No other gaming community, especially with consoles, has anything close. Wii is trying, Valve (Half Life) has tried, Square has tried (Playonline is actually a SE version of XBL just without cool features and awesome content you can buy) Sony is getting close, but the XBL community is still the hugest and best by any standard and by incredible amounts.
The points are for content you wish to buy extra for games. Any content purchasing system charges you for extra content, PS3 charges you for extra content, Wii charges you for extra content. It's your choice. There is nothing you have to buy with Points that is required for a game to play.
Also, most people's beef with the XBOX is its volatility, but a system is not about its volatility. PS2 was a horrible system and most people who bought one in the first few years (including myself) have had to replace theirs. It's not what matters in a game system. Games are what matter for a game system. I will keep buying PS2's if mine breaks and Microsoft has such good service life on the 360 that you can have a problem 3 years out and get a new one for free, so I'm covered there too.
I have been an EGM subscriber for years and I agree its one of the best sources. They are, however, huge nintendo fanboys. It has gotten better as of late though because they catch flak for it, but they are still biased.
What's wrong with that? I like my masterchief coffee mug ; ;
The original manhunt was pretty good ; ;
