Fighter's Calligae Def: 14 HP: 12 AGI: 3 Enmity: 1 Enhances "Double Attack" Effect
Gained from Quests:The Talekeeper's Truth - WAR AF2
Realm: Bastok
Start Area: Bastok Mines
Start NPC: Deidogg (H - 6)
Talk to Deidogg at (H-6) in Bastok Mines. If he does not give you the quest, go back to Phara and talk to her first. Deidogg should give you the quest after that.
Go to Palborough Mines and at (G-10) look for a
. Examine this to trigger Ni'Ghu Nestfender to Spawn. He drops the Mottled Quadav Egg.
After that, go to Castle Oztroja and look for the Yagudo Parasite, who spawns around area (H-9) on the third floor. It drops the Parasite Skin.
To get to the Yagudo Parasites, you must travel up to the third floor of Castle Oztroja. To get to the third floor, you must pass through two doors; both of which require you to be visible and able to interact with a locking mechanism. The Yagudo in here aggro and link like crazy. Most stand in pairs. If you get aggro, there is a high probability that you will die because the exit is very difficult to find. Just die in a visible place and you might get lucky and have a whm raise II you.
When you enter, weave around until to you get to the east end of the first floor. Here you will need to pull one of two levers. If you are quick, you can pull the lever, run back, and wait to see if it is correct. If the wrong one is used, a trap door opens to the basement where tier 4 Yagudo are. Try the other lever and the door will open. At this point, you are walking amongst tier 4 Yagudo. When I was lv52, a couple of them checked as easy prey. At lv53, all were too weak. Invis takes care of aggro problems. Go up the stairs and make your way around to the south end of the second floor where there is a rectangular hallway.
The rectangular hallway has a secret door on the east end of it. Within this secret room there are two tier 5 Yagudo which will be easy prey to a lv53. They will aggro you if you even open the door. The key for the second locked door is in here. An AF party can take these, but they will link. There is a safe hallway to pull to if you need to clear the place out.
Once the key is acquired, go to the west end of the second floor and you will find the locked door which requires the key just acquired. There are two tier 5 Yagudo in front of this door so invis is, again, impossible.
*Alternative to the secret room: You can wait at the locked door on the second floor. This path is well traveled as it leads to where the coffers are. If you are good, you can have invis going and run through the door when a high level farmer goes through. The door shuts incredibly fast so you must have invis up before the farmer even opens the door.
Follow the hallway up until you come to a fountain area. Here you will find the Yagudo Parasites. They link and aggro, so pulling will be difficult. We just killed two at once and that was fine.
Bring both items back to Deidogg for your reward.

Gained from Quests:Borghertz's Warring Hands

Start Area: Jeuno Upper
Start NPC: Guslam (H - 8)
You must have completed WAR AF1 for the Razor Axe before you can get this quest.
After you receive the quest from Guslam go to The Eldieme Necropolis and get a Eldieme Coffer key then use it on the coffer chest to receive "some old gauntlets", a key item.
After you received the old gauntlets, return to Guslam. He will say the gauntlets are work of Borghertz, but he cannot repair them.
You then have to go speak to Yin Pocanakhu in the Tenshodo shop in Lower Jeuno who talks about a toolbox that won't open. You have to pay her 1000 gil to tell you where the toolbox is at.
Once you pay her, she then tells you she left the toolbox on top of a crate outside of the Duty-Free shop in Port Jeuno and that you can have it.
When you examine the, a cutscene happens and Borghertz appears and asks that you bring him some "shadow flames" from Castle Zvahl. Go to Castle Zvahl Baileys and examine the torch at (F-8). A NM bomb by name of Dark Spark will appear. Kill it and examine the torch a second time to get the key item "Shadow Flames".
After you have received the shadow flames return to Jeuno and re-examine the outside of the Duty-Free to get your reward.

In order to do this "quest" you must first talk to the Guslam, a Galka in the armor shop in Upper Jeuno, to start Borghertz's Warring Hands. You must also have completed the WAR AF1 quest for the Razor Axe.
You will need to acquire a Nest Coffer Key, which is dropped by Rumble Crawler, Knight Crawler, Wespe, and Helm Beetle.
Once you have the key you will need to find the Treasure Coffer. There are 7 different coffer spawn points in Crawler's Nest, none of which are on the first map. Once you find the Treasure Coffer, trade the Coffer Key and you will receive the Fighter's Mask.

After you talk to Deidogg, go to (I-6) and talk to Detzo and then return and give a Ginger Cookie (crafted) to Deidogg.
After that, head to Behemoth's Dominion. Look for a around (K-9) and investigate it. This triggers three named goblins to appear. I suggest you kill the White Mage, Doglix Muttsnout, first. Bring a lot of friends too.
After you kill the three goblins, checkl the, then zone back to Qufirm for a cut scene and your AF.
