If I really want to build up Tp as fast as possible I go rdm/war with a joyeuse in full haste. I find that I almost never stop attacking haha. RDM is not meant to do omgwtf damage they fill in the roll and if they can still do their job why would a person complain if they pull out a sword and hit something ya know?
