You Must be 40+ For this quest, and you can do it with any 40+ job. DO NOT try to solo him, Believe in the Buddy System, TY again Silverwolf. It Starts with Ailbeche in North San D'Oria, infront of the fountain.
First do the Father and Son quest and make sure to give the fishing pole back to the son. Then, after talking with Ailbeche again, head to Ordelle's Caves and look for a stalagmite around H-10 of the first level. This triggers the spawn of Polevik, an Earth Elemental. After you kill him, touch the stalagmite again to receive a key item.

Then go back to Ailbeche for the Honor Sword.
