Since Meshy was whining here it is...

Be warned, these camps have a high risk of dying and sometimes often. You can usually get so much exp it doesn't hurt much but have at least a scroll of instant reraise and a fully charged RR earring at all times.
Having HQ staves and such is not necessary but bear in mind that the better your gear (food too) the better your chances of survival. This is especially true when going to a new camp at the minimum level or trying a higher camp earlier.
I have found that duoing (sometimes trio) is the absolute best way to go about these camps. With 2 ppl your chances of dying and exp flow is much better. The only downside is that the exp does take a small hit so you may want to switch to the next camp a lvl or 2 early.
If you encounter someone at a solo camp near your lvl, always ask if they want to Team Up. Most of my duo partners were complete strangers who even if they didn't need a partner, joined up anyways to help another BLM out and to avoid any accidental deaths.
Other than that please do not solo while /anon as it makes it impossible to see if anyone is soloing that camp. Walking all the way out to Pso'xja to find a /anon BLU or BLM soloing at the only camp is just bad business. Set in your search comment your <pos> of camp and BST Pet or something similar to let anyone else know that you are there. This will hopefully avoid anyone showing up and trying to steal camp unless thay are complete assholes. In that case I recommend coming up with a solution to ruin their day as they have tried to ruin yours. Personally my favorites were continually zoning a Goblin in Oldton Mov. until the JP BLM logged off (probably crying). Hey I was there for an hour before he showed up and he never asked to join me. Just thought he could start killing my mobs. So I stunned the gob, skilled up Dark magic and made it impossible to get any exp.
If you do this to someone who was there first you deserve to die! Don't be an ass, wait your turn. Some solo camps are busy for days at a time. No one said this was always easy.
Good Luck, happy hunting, and please be respectful.
