Macro for Sneak Attack + WS

I am now working on thief for my mnk subbed.

I try to set marco for Sneak Attack + ws:
/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ws "Gust Slash"(sp) <t>

However, I failed to stack the sneak attack effect on weapon skills. I kept altering the waiting time from 1-5. But it either "critical hit" came later than the ws, and vice versa.

Anyone knows how to set a macro to stack SA (or SATA) on ws?

I think the key is to use it immediately following a swing, so that your next swing will not interfere.

As for SATA Viper Bite when you get there, I believe my macro is...

/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ja "Trick Attack" <me>
/wait 2
/ws "Viper Bite" <t>

I am away from my PS2 at the moment, so I can't doublecheck, but next time I log on, I will make sure I have the above correct.

Val's idea is good to fire off immediately after a swing. I will bear in mind especially when using SATA after Lv30.

I found the below from Star's URL.

The rule again is that any weapon skill which inflicts physical, non elemental damage, will stack with Sneak Attack. Here is a list of Weapon Skills which are known to stack with Sneak Attack.

Sadly, Gust Slash is elemental damage...... Probably I will keep using 2 daggers and give up SA+WS (until I have VB). Especially reached Lv28, I will equip Archer's Knife and shot & shot...... I treasure the feeling of {Range Attack} I kept Archery and markmanship capped when leveling thief.

Sometimes you will need to fire a SATA + WS and you'll already have prepped the SATA. To fire SATA + WS without having to worry about hitting the mob before the WS and wasting said SATA I used the following macro:
/attack <t>
/wait 2
/ws "Viper Bite" <t>

For using SA + WS I used:
/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ws "Wasp Sting" <t>

For using SATA + WS I used:
/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ja "Trick Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ws "Viper Bite" <t>

For using SATA alone:
/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ja "Trick Attack" <me>

I found that /wait 1 worked for almost all cases. Sometimes if the lag is bad a /wait 2 is better. Also prior to Viper Bite SA is best used alone. You will get more dmg doing a SA and then a Wasp Sting than by using them together.
