Hey friends. I'm pretty lazy, so here's some links and stuff to getting you on your way for bst. I'd go into detail about how the job works, but most of it is already included in the guides. If you have any problems tho, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to remember the lower lvls.. haha..

All you need is right up there. I suggest when you pick a target to hunt, do some research on it and make sure the level suits you. Not all camps are good for every bst, so find what niche suits ya.
Also, always be prepared. Keep jugs and food on you. Even at low lvls when you want your pets to die, you never know when you'll find yourself wishing that last pet had more hp. Make a macro for reward - if you're into changing gear, reward is mnd based healing. If you sub nin or whm, keep echo drops on you. I keep at least 2 hi-potions on me as well because 100hp can often buy you 2 more seconds which may give you one last time to try charm. When I'm not fighting in the ToAU zones w/ refresh sanction, I try to keep juice on me too. MP is important.
Bst is a pain in the ass at certain lvls, but it's important not to give up. For all those low lvls, lvls 18-24 SUCK. You're still learning the job, you don't have leave, the charmables are weak, you might get pwned. ... Tough it out. Buy the best gear you can, get cheap food like meat jerky - cuz you're gunna die - And for those lvls, I didn't camp xp much. I took an EM pet and killed everything I saw to farm. I made alot of money and lvled in the process. ps - I've never owned a Monster Signa.
