Just wondering, but when does SAM get Store TP II? I am lvl 49 and still have yet to get it. Alot of sites say its at lvl 40, please {Help me out!}.

You will never actually see "Store TP II" in your abilities list. However, you will get Store TP II, I believe at level 40. If you carefully track your TP, you will actually see that you do get more TP per hit. So, even though it will only say "Store TP" ever in your list, you will in fact get the upgrades at the given levels.
