Well I guess I will start putting information on here as Dragoon is my main. I will post how to become a Dragoon. I will also post all AF quests and my personal experience's getting them. I will list party make up and what not. I will also try and answer any questions you have.

People should understand that Dragoon at higher levels is very hard to level, like Mnk. In the early stages like Valkurm and Quifim, even Yhoater Jungle parties come fast. But later on it can take hours to find parties, especially if there is no one you have partied with b4 on. You really have to become a specialist in offence to build a reputation as a Dragoon to get that edge on the DRK's and SAM's out there. That being said, if you think DRG is the job for you be ready to wait for parties and go nights with out being able to lvl.

Here are a few must have Items for DRG. Just so you know how much Gil this job will cost you.

Head: Emperors Hairpin
Neck: Mermans Gorget
Fingers: x2 Sniper's Ring(+1 if you have a spare mil or 4)
Waist: Life belt

The rest is up to you, and vary's as you get higher. You should carry most of your AF armor, and use equip macros. Especially the ones that add effects to your wyvern like regen. But these 4 are the ones that are a must have for a DRG. Nothing worse than having penta thrust and having it do only 100 dam

Wills i will try to help as much too, just got dragoon to 65 JAN 2nd 2006, and i just obtained Wheeling Thrust. (Which owns!!!) plannin on gettin to 70 by end or middle of Febuary(sp). so if wills isnt on, just send me a /tell.
