Just got my Choral Roundlet last night.

I think the sequence to get BRD AF is:

1. Completed quest "Painful Memory"

2. At least open the quest "The Requiem"

3. If not open the quest "The Requiem", you won't be able to get the cutscene and open the quest "Borghertz's Harmonious Hands"

4. Coffer Hunt

5. Final NM fighting "The Circle of Time" but "The Requiem" has to be completed.
