Well, everyone else has one, so figured I'd start one as well. Btw, this is also posted in the LS Events section, but I figured it'd get more reading/feedback here. It's not a great story, I'm not like Wills in the aspect of storytelling, but I gave it a shot. Hope you enjoy.

So there it was the clock had just hit noon. I was rushing around trying to free up inventory space and figure out where I'd left my staff. I knew I set it down somewhere, but I think all the teleporting I'd done the day before had warped my memory (warped, haha...anyways). I finally find my staff and having called all my nearest friends found 3 people who were willing to join me.
We decided to meet in East Ronfaure since it was on the way to our destination and a head start from my hometown. Two of the people were running and one decided to fly. While I was waiting for them I decided to send off 8 pairs of boots to my mistriss in Jeuno (damn, wife buying 8 pairs of the same thing). I figured my mistress could best get rid of them since Jeuno seems to be the fashion center of the world. Anyways... after I sent the shoes there were a few strangers asking to jump to la theine plateau. I decided since I had learned the wizard ways I'd transport them for a fee, making an easy 1000g for the trip.
Once arriving back home, and having my memory once again fail from the warp (I think there's something toxic about it, but I just can't remember what) I decided to bring along a book on stealing. I'd heard that just having the book along would help get better loot from various passerbys that I helped to kill. (I know, I'm evil for killing, but it's just so fun.)
So off I start my trek from my home town of San d'Oria. About the time I start out the airplane arrives as well as the 4th member of the expedition (on foot or giant bird, I don't really know.... but riding a bird? who does that?). I invite them to my party and head out to meet the 2nd person who is waiting at the state line. We all arrive at the state line, say hello to Wills, and start the trek out from there.
I tell you going from Ronfaure to Ranguemont Pass is quite a change, but not nearly as strange as what follows.
I always wondered if what's in Ranguemont Pass was really dangerous to be guarded by a thick one-way door. It seems that in my years of travels, and the years that my fellow pt goes have spent as well, that we became too much for the lowly monsters in Ranguemont Pass. We just passed them by without a wimper or word.
Upon entering Beaucedine Glacier it was very much different. Suddenly there was a vast chill running through my bones. My thin robe was no longer enough. Wearing only a hairpin wasn't enough to keep my hair from blowing in the powerful breeze. Everyone seemed to turn white under the storm. We had just entered the place, but already I had a sudden desire to leave (or build a fire), luckily my associates weren't so afraid of the cold.
We struggled on, dodging dangerous monsters where we could, taking side passes, and going up and down ramps to try various lvls. We treked through cold and snow with dangerous monsters all around, but the encouragement and edging of my friends was enough to keep my going. I was afraid of freezing it was so cold, but they kept me moving along and I had no chance to freeze.
Eventually we made it to our goal, the homeland of the dreaded tiger Nue. It didn't seem like much. Just a small tower that some Magic Giants lived in and the surrounding area where vicious goblins and other tigers roamed. But at least it was warm. This place was surrounded by walls of stone and only had once entrance and exit. It was so warm I just wanted to curl up and sleep, but the monsters had other plans.
Soon a goblin or a tiger attacked one of us (I don't remember which, the cold must have affected my memory), my associates jumped to my defense. We all steadily beat at the goblin until it was dead. Wills decided he didn't care for these beings and called out to his faithful companion a Wyvern (Dragon to you and me). These goblins were afraid of the dragon and with good reason. With Wills and Hein (the Dragon), as well as Stargasior (a powerful warlock knowledgeable in the ways of healing and hurting magic) and myself these goblins and tigers were no match for us. We killed this one and that one almost without stop.
Shortly after we started killing them another knowledgeable in the ways of magic joins us (Salaris). She doesn't need help or encouragement in getting to us and laughs at every monster she sees. She knows they are no match for her and just wishes one would try something so she can truely prove it.
Not too long after Salaris arrives I receive a call from yet another friend who is willing to join the fight against the dreaded Nue. He's a Ranger by profession. No, not a park ranger, something much more dangerous. He weilds a bow and arrows and 2 deadly daggers. If the monster is far enough away he cuts it down with the arrows, if it's too near, with his trusty daggers. This friend's name is Crumb.
Now Crumb doesn't have a map of this place; he spilled coffee on it during one of his late night hunting expeditions and was lost upon entering the Glacier. Salaris being the unafraid and thoughtful one (she had her map sealed in plastic, so no coffee stains and now damage) volunteers to go lead Crumb to the home of Nue.
While Crumb and Salaris are on their way here Wills, Hein, Stargasior, and I continue to kill every monster that would wish us harm. The powerful strikes of pain and damage the monsters toss at us are no matter to us. With the wonderous healing power that I have and the even greater powers of the warlock we are able to heal any damage thrown at us. Wills and Hein viciously attack any and all monsters who try to stand in the way of the healers, sometimes taking on two or three each. Wills fighting 2, Hein fight others. Nothing can stop the awesome damage they have. Being a fighter Wills knows how the healers must survive and be kept away from harm to cure what ails him.
With absolute disdain for the monsters and no thought for themselves Wills, Hein, Stargasior, Salaris, and Crumb attack every monster in the area. They are so thorough and exacting with each kill that soon there are no monsters left.
Suddenly I pass out. I don't know what happened, but I was no longer in the Glacier with the gang. I was in a dark basement apartment, and had a strange urge to go visit my cable company. Upon returning from the cable company I suddenly am transported back to the Glacier.
Once there I see Wills and Hein resting from a long series of battles. Seems that without my healing powers, they couldn't put out the same damage as before. I wave to Wills and the gang then proceeds to let me know that Nue has not arrived after first joking with me. Now I hadn't the best experience getting back to the Glacier and wasn't in the best of moods, but things would soon be changing. I learn that Stargasior had to leave and thought of the added support the wise warlock had given. I silently wished him well.
We then proceed to start the killing fest back up and go strong killing every monster in the area. There are no other people around, so we don't need to make the path safe for anyone, but we just feel the need and desire to avenge something, anything. We're killing so fast once again (even without the warlock helping) that soon we decide to shoot outward.
Crumb finds a Dark Magic Energy on the scope (another bonus Rangers have). Salaris decides we should kill it. Wills volunteers to stay behind in case Nue appears so he could let us know. Crumb, Salaris, and I trek out to the Energy and proceed to whail on it until it's dead. With a little magic hear and a little fighting there eventually the Energy has been vanquised. And what do we get for our troubles? A couple dark energy clusters. We cheer our victory and head back to Wills to help kill whatever monsters decide to come back.
After such victory we are only hoping to find Nue as the day has already been somewhat long and we're wanting to get out of the cold (well, at least I am).
We proceed to kill the monster that appear and suddenly I hear Crumb shout that he found Nue. Wills, Hein, and I are fighting a goblin and they both say for me to go fight Nue, that they'd handle the goblin. Knowing the power of the Dragon and his master i oblige and go help Crumb and Salaris (or more likely let them help me) to kill Nue. We manage to defeat the bugger and he gives up his Fang (the Nue Fang). We all jump for joy, knowing we've not only defeated the King of tigers, but also taken his fang from him.
We decide to cool down a bit (cool down... haha, we're in an ice covered, freezing, windy glacier) by killing a few other monsters and then I give everyone a magic ride out to the warm sunny La Theine Plateau. We part ways and I run back to San d'Oria, knowing that the day could not get any better.
Note: Certain liberties have been taken and not all details are factual or complete. Hope you enjoy.
