Not only is it a psuedo pimp hat, but it's also the cheap worthless NQ version that adds nothing to stats. Get me the ingredients and I'll see what I can do about making you the HQ version. So far I've only crafted one piece of the Trader's/Baron's set and it was the Baron's Slops. I have them signed and use them for BRD or WHM so far.

Heh... I didn't even think about that, but I doubt you'd want to use the Baron's Chapeau anyways since it gives INT+2 and Enmity+2.
