We've been somewhat winging it when it comes to Abyssea the last 2 runs so I figured I should try to make it a little more structured. Going to try the following schedule, atleast through the month of July then assess it after that.
Thursdays: 7:30 pst, 60 minutes. We will focus on the easier nms and cruor farming depending on numbers.
Saturdays: 3pst, 90 minutes. This will be the big nm run for the weak. We will kill pre-up nms, tougher pop nms and at some point hopefully key item pop nms.
Saturdays: following first run, 90 minutes. This will be a cruor/xp burn run for the first 60 minutes. We will pick a pop nm area, kill mobs as fast as we can during the first 60 minutes, then popping as many nms as we can fit in the last 30.
As far as items go, everyone can pick 1 item per zone rare/ex or sellable that they want to lot. We will random to get a starting request order for nms. I will plan runs according to what the first few people on the list request. I will try my best to schedule runs that will give the majority of people a chance at one of their items each run. We will do lotting order based on the order we random in. Lotting order will go down the list for people who picked item to have first priority. When you LOT and win any gear, your name will be moved to the bottom of the list. If any gear drops that no one wants to lot, it can just free drop without winner's name being moved down the list. When you get an item off your list, you may request a new item for that zone. Money items in chests will be sold/split and for augmented items in chests we will go down the lotting order to decide who wants it. You can peak into chests before opening, so whoever is opening chests will let us know if it's an augmented item.
Lots can be changed at any time, so as of now I would suggest not requesting items that drop off key item nms as we won't be fighting them right off the bat.
Everyone may also pick 1 magian quest material to request. Keep in mind the Emphyrean weapon items are from tough nms that we probably won't be killing soon, but you never know.
I hope this made sense, makes sense in my head but doesn't always make it's way into words as well as it sounds in my head. Basically: everyone picks 1 item per zone > i will plan runs based on our lotting order decided on by /randoms > win lot on an item and your name goes to bottom of the list.
Everyone please pick 1 item per zone and 1 magian trial item you'd like to lot (they are the items that have the NMs name in the item name example: chukwa's egg, chasmic stinger, fistule discharge. these items are for the high dmg occ atk twice weapons and the tougher nm items are for emphyrean weapons) You can post here or send me a pm or tell in game.
We will not have a run this thursday as this wasn't planned before and several people have burned their midweek stones already.

EDIT: To make sure no one takes advantage of the "You can change lots at anytime" rule, going to change this to "You can change lots anytime, but changes need to be made the by the day before a run" this way people can't change their lot during a run when they know we're going after a nm they hadn't planned on. Also making a small adjustment to lotting, after you've lotted and won 1 item during a run, you may not lot against someone who hasn't gotten an item yet in that run. That will keep someone from getting an item and going to the bottom of list, then lotting just for the hell of it and taking away from someone else.
